What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
An order confirmation email will be sent once you have placed your order.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Melbourne.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide complimentary shipping on all orders in Australia. International shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. To see the updated list of countries we ship to, please refer to our Shipping Policy, Section 3.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders within Australia take between 1-3 business days. International orders take between 3-5 business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
After the order is processed, you will be provided with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become live.
What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?

What is your return policy?

Can I return or exchange a fragrance if I have opened it?
If a fragrance bottle has been opened, we are unable to accept it as a return or exchange unless faulty. We encourage you to try the complimentary sample prior to opening the full sized bottle.
What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?
Please contact us at hello@genavian.com at the earliest with photos and an explanation of the problem and we will assist promptly.
How do I start a return?

Where are your fragrances made?
All our fragrances are Australian Made.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty free?
Our fragrances are vegan and cruelty free and is Vegan certified by The Vegan Society.
Do you use natural or synthetic ingredients?
We use a mixture of natural and synthetic ingredients.
Are your fragrances IFRA compliant?
All our fragrances are IFRA compliant.
Is your packaging sustainable?
All our paper packaging is FSC certified. We keep plastic components to a minimum and where we have been unable to source suitable alternatives.
