The Architecture of a Fragrance

Sunlight filtering through window panes onto a wall

At Genavian, architecture refers to the structure behind each fragrance. The way ingredients, process, and presentation come together to shape how it is experienced. We approach fragrance with intention. From formulation to finish, each decision is made with attention to the wearer, the materials, and the world each scent moves through.

Formulation & Ingredients

Formulation & Ingredients

Our fragrances are developed in line with The International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards and composed using a balance of natural and synthetic ingredients. Each material is chosen for the role it plays in shaping the scent's structure, clarity, and emotional tone.

We use locally sourced ethanol, selected for its purity and consistency. All Genavian fragrances are certified vegan by The Vegan Society and are cruelty free, reflecting our commitment to safety, transparency and care.

Production

Production

All final blending and bottling take place in Australia at a GMP* certified facility, where every batch is chilled, filtered and allowed to rest before being bottled. This final stage of production ensures consistency, stability, and quality across each fragrance.

Genavian fragrances are certified Australian Made.

*Good manufacturing practice.

Packaging & Materials

Packaging & Materials

Our packaging is designed with the same quiet elegance as our fragrances. All paper materials, including boxes, cards and tissue are FSC certified. Plastic is only used where unavoidable, and always in the smallest amounts possible. Each element is selected with care, balancing tactile beauty with responsibility.

A slower kind of luxury

A slower kind of luxury

Genavian is shaped by a belief in slow luxury. Our fragrances are not driven by trends or seasons, but created with patience and intention. They are made to be worn often, to live alongside you, and to gather meaning over time.

Each scent is created to last, not just on skin, but in memory.
